Equlise is committed to protect your privacy while interacting with us in when you participate in survey research and visit our community website, Voqall (the “Site”).

At all times we protect the information related to consumers, their health or Business.

- Participation in research projects is completely voluntary. Respondents may opt-out of any project and also the site at all times. For all surveys where PII is being collected , there is a Prior consent.
- All information and PII collected is treated confidentially, only for research purposes, and not to be disclosed to any person who is not employed by Equlise companies.
- Clients will not receive any last names or telephone numbers of recruited respondents.
- Any information shared is solely used for lawful research purposes. By default all personal data is protected and Clients comply by Equlise’s Privacy Policy.
Equlise and its sub companies comply with the policy laws of all countries where we conduct surveys and collect data.
Personal data is not transferred to any country or territory outside the U.S. or European Economic Area except when the country or territory ensures adequate protection for data subjects’ rights and freedoms.
Equlise follow the research industry’s Codes and Standards for the USA and the country in which each Equlise company is located.
There is compliance to all pertinent Federal and State laws regarding privacy, including but not limited to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
Profile
We collect personal data from you when you provide it to our Services, when you fill out a form at the time of registration(for example, with demographic data) or respond to a survey.
You have options around the information on your profile, such as education, work experience, occupation, ownership, title and many other profile information. Its not mandatory to provide such additional information around your choices or preferences in your profile; however, this only helps you get more suitable surveys that are best fit for your enhanced profile and greater opportunity to complete surveys.
Basic demographics is required in order to complete surveys and reap rewards.
Please do not publish or add any of your personal data to your profile if you do not wish it to be made available to others.
Personal and Non-Personal Information:
When using the Site, for some of the cases, you may be asked to provide, or you may choose to upload, certain personally identifiable information about yourself (“Personal Information”).
Personal Information ir broadly your email address, physical address, and telephone number. Please note that Personal Information may also include personally identifiable information you voluntarily provide when you take a survey.
In addition, we may also collect non-personally identifiable information, such as pages viewed, browser type and other data. This data is aggregated, such as demographic information, in a way that does not identify any one person (“Aggregate Information”).

Sensitive personal data
Some of our surveys may require you to provide personal data that is likely to be sensitive. This is completely optional however if you do give a consent around collection of any sensitive personal data in the client surveys, the possibility of survey opportunities becomes much higher giving you a better yield. .
